I work from agreed briefs, defined scopes and approval boundaries. I document decisions, surface missing information early, provide clear asynchronous updates and escalate higher-risk issues rather than making unauthorized production changes.
I currently focus on email production, lifecycle operations, segmentation, QA, reporting and documentation. Advanced deliverability remediation, complex integration architecture and unrestricted production changes remain specialist or approval-led responsibilities.
